The two principal founders represent over two decades of broadband networking experience. BANG! provides network and system design engineering and support services to a variety of customers including municipal and state organizations, commercial businesses, colleges, public service organizations, equipment manufacturers, and cable operators. Core products include the design, installation, and management of custom networking and support services for the delivery of broadband voice, video and data. Our unique engineering expertise and extensive industry experience make us the leading provider of broadband network services utilizing cable modems to deliver voice, video and data communications. Our engineers collaborate with leading industry hardware and networking companies focused on building next generation broadband technology architecture. Their contributions influence the development of services and equipment to continually expand network capacity and functionality. To support your technology requirements our engineers will outline proven, cost effective network technologies and system integration services to ensure your staff will have access to the resources they need. BANG! is certified as an Advanced Technology Partner of Cisco Systems. We offer a comprehensive approach to service delivery and support by matching quality engineering with training. BANG! imparts the customer with the knowledge of the architecture and system configuration enabling the customer to understand their network functionality for easier management. To enhance your network performance and reduce service interruptions our support contracts are designed to minimize maintenance costs, augment equipment warrantees, and guarantee rapid response times. Care is always taken to provide solutions that are appropriate for the customer meeting both technical and financial requirements. We offer a full complement of technical training. Courses are focused on building the clients´ knowledge regarding appropriate trouble shooting processes, network operations, and equipment maintenance as well as general knowledge on network architecture and service layering. Our diverse employee base includes Spanish and Vietnamese speaking engineers and technical support staff.
